The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Begusari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 457 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused Nitish Kumar @ Nitish Nandan has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 9.8.2018 in Crl. Misc. No. 46046 of 2018.

No.54994 of 2018(2) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial, Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Begusarai (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 457 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
