2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Total 166.101 kg of Ganja along with one motorcycle were recovered from the place of occurrence. The petitioner is the owner of the seized motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the First Information Report and was also not arrested on the spot. He was rather made an accused in this case only on account of the fact that he was the owner of the seized motorcycle from which the contraband was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application for bail on the ground that the contraband is of commercial quantity and the FSL Report also indicates that the same is Ganja.

6. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail at this stage. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected in connection Madhusudanpur P.S. Case No. 63 of 2025.
