The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) PS case no. 615 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 461, 379 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the accused persons having stolen C.P.U., monitor, mouse and key pad from Bharat Digital Ultrasound Centre, Dharmshala road, Line Bazar. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case upon confessional statement having been made by the main accused person regarding the complicity of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73184 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 petitioner in the alleged crime. The petitioner is said to be having a clean antecedent. It is also submitted that despite the petitioner being in custody for quite consideration time, no T.I. parade has taken place so as to establish the identity of the petitioner as being one of the accused of the alleged crime. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 30.08.2019. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Purnea in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) PS case no. 615 of 2019.
