This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Chowk P.S. Case No.40 of 2023 for the offence under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code were also added. 3.

Unknown criminals had committed loot in the town of Patna and looted Jewellery and other items after assaulting the family members of the informant. 4.

The name of the petitioner has come in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner is accused in two more criminal cases also. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.81286 of 2025(3) dt.13-03-2026 2/2 this bail application is dismissed. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below without four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, failing which, the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna will take all steps for arresting the petitioner.
