The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.758 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 148, 323, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, six accused persons came on two motorcycle and there is allegation against the petitioner no.1 of firing, however, that does not hit anybody. It further appears from perusal of the record that the petitioner no.1 is accused in altogether 13 cases.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is

Heard learned A.P.P. , who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that petitioner no.1 is accused in a large number of cases..

Having heard both sides and in view of submission as made above, so far petitioner no.2 (Golu Singh) is concerned, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S.Case No.758 of 2019 with condition to co-operate in the disposal of the trial. So far petitioner no.1 (Raja Thakur @ Amishek Kumar) is concerned, I am not inclined to grant bail to him at this stage. With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
