Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/384/120(b)/34 of the Indian Penal Code & section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2018. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,
