The petitioners are languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case of commission of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant. The victim has still not returned.

No.2486 of 2024(2) dt.30-01-2024 2/3 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have falsely been implicated in this case. The informant is not the eye witness to the occurrence nor any other witness has claimed to see the occurrence. In fact, there was love affairs between the informant's daughter and coaccused Hemant and since petitioners are relatives of said Hemant Kumar, hence, they have been implicated in this case. The petitioners are languishing in custody since 10.08.2023 and 23.08.2023 respectively. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
In contra, learned A.P.P appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the period under custody, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like
