2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. There is allegation against the petitioners that they secured the job of Survey Amin by producing forged and fabricated certificates.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that already an inquiry was directed by this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.83529 of 2023(2) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 02.03.2022 in CWJC No. 1643 of 2022. The inquiry is still pending. He has submitted further that on exactly similar footing, some other co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 33805 of 2022 and 59714 of 2022.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 179 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
