In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.66 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the co-accused including the petitioner is to have looted the motorcycle of the informant and mobile phone of uncle of the informant.

It appears from the impugned order that the looted motorcycle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner and also CDR of mobile phone of the petitioner was found near the place of occurrence on the alleged date of occurrence.

Looking to the nature of allegation and antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
