In this case, the petitioner is claiming that she is working as Secretary of Gram Kachachari, Ajgeba, Gram Panchayat Raj-Ajgeba under Saur Bazar Block, DistrictSaharsa since 2007, but from 2011 she is not getting her salary/honorarium. The claim has been made that she should be paid the said amount. However, from the order of the first appellate authority, it appears that he has remanded back the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17096 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 matter to the Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer for fresh consideration.

When the matter is pending before the Sub Divisional Public Grievance Redressal Officer, then there is no question of entertainment of this petition.
