2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 03 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry within one year of the marriage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 13.05.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78893 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
