JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For removal of encroachment made by respondent nos. 8 and 10 on the village road appertaining to and situated at Mauja- Goura, Thana no.126, Khata no.72, Khesra-125, 126, Tauji no.6268, which is Common approach

Patna High Court CWJC No.18193 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2024 2/2 road / Village road has been encroached forcefully making illegal encroachment and construction over the said piece of land and because of the same entire villagers are facing very hardships.

(II) For directing and commanding the respondent authorities for taking appropriate legal action against the persons who are responsible for encroachment on village road forcefully and removing the same."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.06, i.e. the Circle Officer, Haweli Kharagpur, Munger for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
