2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Buxar Cyber P.S. Case No. 40 of 2025, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4) and 319(2) of BNS and Sections 66, 66(C) and 66(D) of I.T. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are co-accused of committing cyber fraud cheating Rs. 5,48,887.27/- and illegally withdrew the said amount from the account of the informant. During investigation, the involvement of the petitioner has come in the case and two mobile phones as well as Rs. 2,50,000/- has been recovered from the house of petitioner and one co-accused, Manoj Das.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.78762 of 2025(2) dt.19-11-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected.
