2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021, G.R. No. 1749 of 2021 dated 05.06.2021, lodged under Section 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against three unknown accused. The criminals looted the motorcycle and money from the informant. During investigation, the name of the petitioner transpired in this case.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2023 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this bail application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Atauli P.S. Case No. 195 of 2021, G.R. No. 1749 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned police station every month to mark attendance.
