2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023, dated 07.07.2023, registered for the offences punishable u/s 341, 323, 324, 354(B), 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner Guriya Quraisi is alleged to have assaulted the informant with knife on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.86499 of 2023(3) dt.06-03-2024 2/3 her head causing head injury. When her sister came to save the informant, she was assaulted by the petitioner Saddam Quraisi with fist, legs and knife due to selling meat and intoxicated substance. When Neha Khatoon came to rescue, she was caught by the petitioners Md. Shamsher Quraisi and Md. Ahtesham Quraisi tried to cut her neck but she sustained injury on her hand and her erring was also snatched.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioners no. 1 and 4 have one criminal antecedent in which they are on bail whereas petitioners 2 & 3 have no criminal antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. It is further stated that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is further stated that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners rather the allegation is general and omnibus in nature. The nature of injury is found to be simple in nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the injuries being simple in nature against the petitioners, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their

No.86499 of 2023(3) dt.06-03-2024 3/3 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Darbhanga in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No. 341 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

7. This application stands allowed.
