2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 99 of 2023 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is a case of theft of several ornaments and cash of Rs. 65,000/-.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R., he has falsely been implicated in this case and there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, he has got clean antecedent and petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2023.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, let the petitioner above named be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate - 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Mansoorchak P.S.
