JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i) For issuance of a direction to the concerned authority to give compensation to the petitioner on the basis of Judgment passed by the learned SPL Judge, SC/ST Patna on 22.12.2021, in connection with Gaurichak Police Station Case No.137/2015, SPL Case No. 106/2015.

(ii) For issuance of a direction to the concerned authority to give interest from the date of pronouncement of judgment till date."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patna, for

Patna High Court CWJC No.19148 of 2024(2) dt.19-12-2024 2/2 redressal of his aforesaid grievances, by filing appropriate petition, within a period of four weeks from today. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
