2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition is squarely covered with the judgment passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 11587/2024 dated 28.11.2024. Therefore, it is prayed by him that this petition may also be disposed of in the similar terms as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench in the above aforesaid case.
3. Above prayer made by the counsel is not opposed
