It is submitted that pursuant to the interim order dated 17.12.2019 the cost has already been deposited. The petitioner prays for provisional release of Bike bearing Registration No. RJ01ST-9974 (Honda Dream) which has been seized in connection with Amba P.S. Case No. 15/2019 for the offences punishable under Section 3⁄4 Excise Mahua Flower Act and Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
