For instance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, commanding and directing the Respondent No. 4 to initiate investigation in

Patna High Court CWJC No.19284 of 2024(2) dt.07-01-2025 2/2 pursuance to the representation given by the petitioner to the Respondent No. 4 along with all evidences on 2.5.2024."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Commissioner, MGNREGA, Patna, Bihar. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
