The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutiput/Vibhutipur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2019 registered under Sections 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the alleged motor bike. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
