The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with C.G.S. (Complaint) Case No.94 of 2004, corresponding to Trial No.965 of 2018, registered under Sections 181, 182, 193, 196, 201, 203 and 211 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra. The accusation is of giving false statement by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.451 of 2003 regarding which the present complaint case was filed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saran at Chapra. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, I find no reasons to grant the privilege of pre-arrest
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53388 of 2018(3) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of privilege of pre-arrest bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
