In this case, the petitioner is challenging the transfer order contained in Notification No. 748(2) dated 30.6.2018 (Annexure-7) read with corrigendum issued vide Memo No. 868(2) dated 31.7.2018 (Annexure-9), whereby and whereunder, the petitioner has been transferred from Urban Family Welfare Centre, Khagaul to Referral Hospital, Paliganj, Patna. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that wrongly the order of transfer mentioned the place of posting as Saran but it

Patna High Court CWJC No.16845 of 2018 dt.26-09-2018 2/2 has been rectified later on by a separate notification wherein in place of Saran, it has been mentioned as Khagaul. Let the petitioner should first join at the new place of posting after maternity leave is over and if a representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the same will be considered by the authority concerned and will take a decision in accordance with law.

With the aforementioned observation, this writ application is disposed of.
