JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 04-04-2025 A report about stage of the trial was called for which has been received through letter no. 167 of 2025 from the court of learned District & Sessions Judge-IX, Jehanabad. The report shows that eight witnesses have been examined and the requisition was sent to bring the material exhibit on the record.

2. The Superintendent of Police, Jehanabad is directed to get the order of the learned Trial Court be complied through I.O. The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within a period of six months, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
