This application for regular bail arises out of Mansi P.S. Case No. 218 of 2017, disclosing offences punishable under Sections 302, 120 (B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the co-accused Pappu Yadav has been allowed regular bail by this Court by order dated 08.03.2019, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77383 of 2018. Though the allegation against the petitioner and other co-accused persons is of serious nature of having opened fire leading to the death of the deceased, since the co-accused has been allowed regular bail, this application is allowed.
