2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 304 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 307, 379, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per allegation, the accused persons named in the FIR were digging the field of the informant and when he protested, they entered into his house and took away Rs. 1 lakh cash and a golden chain. Further, they fired 20 to 25 rounds with

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is allegation of indiscriminate firing against the petitioners but none had suffered any kind of injury.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IIIrd, Barh, Patna in connection with Mokama P.S. Case No. 304 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
