2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 782 of 2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.

3. The petitioner No. 1 is the mother-in-law of the missing woman. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against the petitioner No. 1 also.

4. In these circumstances, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner No. 1 is dismissed.

5. So far as petitioners No. 2 to 6 are concerned, they are sisters-in-law, brother-in-law and nephew and there are general and omnibus allegations against them.

6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, the anticipatory bail application of petitioners No. 2 to 6 is allowed and the application of the petitioner No. 1 (Most. Sunaina Devi) is dismissed. She will surrender within four weeks and pray for regular bail.

8. Let the petitioners No. 2 to 6 in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 782/2023, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
