The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No.14 of 2019 registered under Sections 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his grand-daughter (victim) lives with him and studies in Lakhichandra High School, Simrahi. On 09.01.2019 Bajrang Poddar, Santosh Kumar Choudhary and the petitioners enticed his grand daughter. His grand-daughter went away along with money and ornaments.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.84147 of 2019(3) dt.17-06-2020 2/3 Bajrang Poddar and the grand-daughter of the informant are studying together. They are having love affairs. The granddaughter of the informant fled away along with Bajrang Poddar. The petitioners are alleged to have helped Bajrang Poddar. The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of Bajrang Poddar and on account of land dispute, the petitioners have been implicated in the case.

Learned A.P.P., however, opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

It appears that the informant himself alleged that his grand-daughter fled away with money and ornaments and Bajrang Poddar with the help of petitioners kidnapped her. Having considered the facts that nobody has seen the petitioners enticing away the grand-daughter of the informant, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Birpur, District-Supaul in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.14 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section
