The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 7884 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 861 of 2019, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 180 pouches each containing 200 ml country made liquor, kept in plastic bag, from the Varamdah of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the aforesaid country made liquor was recovered from the Varamdah of the petitioner but the said Varamdah was easy accessible to any person and he is in custody since 03.09.2019.

No.76928 of 2019(2) dt.18-12-2019 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge Excise, Patna, in connection with Special Case No. 7884 of 2019 arising out of Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 861 of 2019. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
