The petitioner seeks bail in Bairgania P.S. Case No. 60/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is Gotani of the deceased. No offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code is made out against this petitioner. She is in custody since 03.04.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55347 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 60/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
