2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14396 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner was suffering from jaundice, so he could not surrender and furnish bail bond before the learned court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court.

4. For the reasons stated in the modification petition, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2441 of 2020(4) dt.24-02-2021 2/2 time for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 20.09.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.14396 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

5. Modification petition stands allowed.
