2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 354, 354B, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the alleged date and time of occurrence, when the informant asked his daughter Renu Kumari to close the doors of the house, in the meantime, this petitioner, Langar Paswan, caught hold of her and molested her. On hulla made by the informant's daughter, the informant came down and saw the clothes of his daughter were torn, and the

It is further alleged that after some time, the petitioner Langar Paswan , along with other coaccused persons, namely Chotak Paswan and Shivjee Paswan, again came to the house of the informant and assaulted the informant and his daughter, as well as snatched the golden chain from the neck of his daughter, and fled away.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties are co-villagers. As a matter of fact, the petitioner had gone to the house of the informant to demand his due amount of Rs. 8,000/- but informant was not ready to make the payment. In order to put pressure and harass the petitioner, this false and concocted case has been lodged against him. The rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or

No.1957 of 2024(2) dt.07-02-2024 3/3 surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - VII, Bhojpur in connection with Ayer P.S. case No. 86 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
