2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., informant suspects that this petitioner along with one other named accused person killed her husband.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner has been implicated in this case solely on the ground that he was seen talking with the deceased, in the CCTV footage. There is no specific accusation of overt act against the petitioner. Save and except suspicion, there is no other material to show complicity of this petitioner in the alleged offence. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 7th (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Sikandarpur P. S. Case No. 118 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
