2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.19158 of 2025(2) dt.27-11-2025 2/2 "(i) For the issuance of an appropriate Writ directing the respondents to restrain the Respondents 2nd Set from committing any nuisance over the land of the petitioner.

(ii) For the issuance of an appropriate Writ directing the respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.9.2025. (iii) For the issuance of an appropriate Writ/Order as your Lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of Justice."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be preferring a fresh representation before an appropriate authority within four weeks.
