2. Earlier prayer for pre-arrest bail of the petitioners was refused by this Court vide order dated 10.5.2023.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that during pendency of the case, victim girl has been recovered in the company of accused Sunny Kumar. In paragraph 17 of the bail petition, it has been stated that the victim has been married on 5.12.2021 with accused Sonu
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2468 of 2024(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 Kuamr and out of the wedlock they have a boy child.
4. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let all the four petitioners, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge VI cum Special Judge, POCSO Act, Sitamarhi in Sahiyara Police Station Case No. 90 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
