During course of conduction of raid followed with search at the cow-shed belonging to the petitioners, altogether 10.260 litres of country made wine has been recovered. Furthermore, it has been alleged that both the petitioners succeeded in their escape.

Considering the nature of the allegation in consonance with the principle decided by the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Vinay Yadav v. State of Bihar as reported in 2019(2) PLJR 1089, let petitioners, namely, 1. BAIJU RAI @ BAIJU KUMAR and 2. ARJUN RAI @ ARJUN KUMAR
