The matter relates to admission in B.Ed. course in Teachers' Training Institute in the State of Bihar through Common Entrance Test. The petitioner's candidature as an O.B.C. candidate has been turned down by the authority. However, since the mandatory time line for admission in B.Ed. course has expired, this court cannot issue direction for admission of the petitioner. This writ application is, accordingly, dismissed.
