====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-01-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 447, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that on 11.04.2023 at about 10:30 AM while the informant was at standing at his door, these petitioners along with other accused persons came and abused and assaulted him on his head by means of Gadasa due to which he sustained injury. It is further alleged that the accused persons also assaulted the family members of the

4. It is submitted that allegation against the petitioners is general and omnibus. There is no specific allegation of overt act against the petitioners. He next submits that the scuffle between the parties took place due to fight between the children of both the parties. Case and counter case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Konch P. S. Case No. 163 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
