2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 336(3) and 338 of the B.N.S. and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is agent of National Insurance Company Limited and it is alleged by the informant that this petitioner sent a link on his mobile for payment and when informant paid Rs. 1,495/- on the said link, the same was credited in the account of this petitioner instead of account of the company.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. As a matter of fact, informant paid Rs. 1,495/- into account of some other person by mistake and this petitioner is not liable for the mistake committed by the informant. However, later on, petitioner has returned the alleged amount to the informant and a compromise petition to this effect, signed by both parties, has also been filed. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not dispute the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner and confirms the fact regarding settlement between the parties.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, compromise between the parties and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in
