The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Routa P.S. Case No. 81 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2545 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Sections 419/420/379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the disputes have been settled between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 26.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail
