JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-09-2018 In view of the fact that the learned court of A.C.J.M.-XIIth, Patna has taken cognizance in the connected criminal case for the offence punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of Indian Penal Code, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be exempted from appearing before the officer-in-charge on each and every Monday of the week at 10 am. For the reasons mentioned in the instant petition as also on account of the fact that cognizance has already been taken by the learned trial court in the present case, the order dated 30.05.2018 passed in Cr. Misc no. 30095 of 2018 is modified to the extent that the petitioner is now not required to appear before the concerned PS at 10 am on each and every Monday of the week, however he shall attend the proceedings of the learned trial court on each and every date fixed, failing which the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55195 of 2018 (3) dt.26-09-2018 2/2 privilege of bail extended to the petitioner vide order dated 30.05.2018 shall stand cancelled automatically in case of two defaults.
