Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order date 21.10.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56508 of 2019 with a direction to renew his prayer for bail after framing of the charge.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the charge has been framed and the petitioner is in custody for one year. He has also received injury in the occurrence. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge II,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74855 of 2019(3) dt.16-03-2020 2/2 Patna in connection with S.T.No.903 of 2019 arising out of Dhanarua P.S.case No.114 of 2019.

Accordingly, this application is allowed.
