2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . The petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment, on the post of Block Teacher, on the basis of forged and fabricated certificates.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner was appointed, as Block Teacher, after investigation of all her educational certificates by the concerned department, but later on, same has been declared as forged and fabricated without proper verification or giving any notice to the petitioner.

No.88305 of 2024(5) dt.17-03-2025 2/2 Moreover, petitioner has already been terminated from service , vide Letter No. 321 dated 18.03.2024 issued by the Secretary Prakhand Teacher Employment Unit cum Block Development Officer, Rajnagar i. e , Annexure OP- A to the counter affidavit). Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

However, considering the fact that petitioner has already been terminated from the service and she has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM - 1st Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 44 of 2024 , subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
