Petitioners pray for bail in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 194 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner, who are ladies, is that they have instigated the other accused persons for assaulting the deceased and after assault the deceased became unconscious and later on died.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioner are ladies and except instigation there is nothing against them and they are in custody since 15.6.2018 and charge sheet has been submitted in this case.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Lal Bihari Paswan, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bikramganj, Rohtas, in connection with Dinara P.S.Case No. 194 of 2018, subject to the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of court concerned.
