The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No.73 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 420 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of offence, the allegation made against the petitioner and the period of about four months undergone by him in custody, the prayer for bail is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
