2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 238(A), 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner, who is the husband of the deceased, is that he has killed his wife by pressing her neck and thereafter, disposed of the dead body.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage is of the year 1999 and the petitioner has two grownup children. The case was investigated and the charge-sheet has been submitted. The petitioners is in custody since 28.05.2025 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabhua/concerned Court below in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 25 of 2025.
