The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhepura PS case no. 154 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding some unknown thieves having stolen the motorcycle of the informant. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the stolen motorcycle has already been recovered, however the same has not been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that on the date on which the petitioner was arrested by the police, no other criminal case was pending

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73061 of 2019(2) dt.25-11-2019 2/2 against him, however subsequently, he has been made accused in three other cases. The petitioner is said to be languishing in custody since 08.04.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Madhepura in connection with Madhepura PS case no. 154 of 2019.
