Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No.132 of 2024 dated 03.05.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a)/ 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Judge, Saran at Chapra. 3.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application. 4.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek
