2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jakkanpur P.S.Case No. 333 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 382/34of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The informant is a police personnel and he was assaulted by criminals. The official pistol and 14 cartridges were taken away by the criminals and materials have come during the investigation. The pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2023 and he is accused in some cases of serious nature.

4. Considering the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant privilege of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected. The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
