2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61946 of 2025, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that just after passing of the order dated 24.09.2025, the minor daughter of the petitioner became seriously ill and got admitted in AIIMS, Patna for treatment. The petitioner was engaged in her treatment for a couple of weeks, due to which he was unable to

4. Considering the aforesaid submission advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender the petitioner before the learned Court below vide order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61946 of 2025 be extended by further two weeks from today, subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand) in the Benevolent Fund, Advocate Association, Patna High Court.

5. The order dated 24.09.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61946 of 2025 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

6. The Modification Application is accordingly allowed.
